Absolutely. Our Diamond Upgrade Program is available for life, with no limit on the number of upgrades. Each time you upgrade, you'll simply need to return your current ring before we craft and ship your new one.
2. How long does the process take?
Once your original ring has been received and inspected, we'll contact you to complete the upgrade payment. Your new ring will then enter production, and the overall timeline is similar to a standard custom order.
3. Who pays shipping?
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost when returning their original ring. Shipping for your upgraded ring follows our standard shipping policy for new purchases.
4. Can I change ring styles?
Yes. As long as your upgrade meets the program requirements, you're welcome to choose any engagement ring style for your new diamond.
5. Can I upgrade to a lab-grown diamond?
