If you return your whole order, then your invoice will be adjusted, and you'll receive a refund from your individual payment platform within 10 business days for all payments you have made. Your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. If you haven't paid all of your installments, then the rest of your payments will be canceled.

If you only return some of your items, then your invoice will be adjusted to reflect what you returned. Any returns will reduce the outstanding balance from the last installment, which may get rid of an installment or reduce the installment costs. Keep in mind that these processes might differ slightly between payment platforms.

• Your payment request might have been declined. You could try a different payment method or make a purchase for a smaller amount.

• The billing address you provided might not match the one on file with your bank or credit card company.

• If you owe money from previous transactions with the platform, it's best to clear those before using the payment option again. Wait for 24 hours if you've just paid off outstanding amounts.

• You may have missed a required field at the checkout, e.g. your date of birth.

• For first-time users shipping to an address different from their billing address, the payment might not go through.
