1. I can only buy one engagement ring from Darry Ring?

You may purchase as many engagement rings as you wish or upgrade them (if you desire the same style with a larger diamond). However, our policy clearly states that all purchases must be made exclusively for the one recipient who will sign the True Love Agreement with you.

2. How can I check the status of my order?

To check on your order status, please log in to your account and select "Orders" to review the details and track its status.

Remember:

For the True Love Declaration (Promise Stage) order, customization can begin once you have finished the "True Love Verification".

For the True Love Agreement (Engagement & Wedding, Marriage Celebrations) order, customization can only begin once you have signed the "True Love Agreement".

When your order leaves our distribution centre, you will receive an "Order Shipped" email with your tracking number and a link for easy tracking.

3. Can I have more than one True Love Agreement?

But of course. Just reach out to our customer service team via live chat , provide your order number, and request your additional True Love Agreement. This service is completely free!

4. What should I do when I tried to place an order, but my payment did not go through?

As payment might fail for different reasons, we prepared some suggestions for you:

• Your credit card has declined the payment, or your card does not process USD payments. We advise that you try another card and confirm that it can be used to process payments in USD.

• Your payment limit may have been reached. Please check to see if you have received a limit reminder SMS from your bank. It is recommended that you use PayPal, Affirm, Klarna or Afterpay to make installment payment, our partners.

5. I don't understand this True Love Verification thing, how my data will be handled?

We cooperate with two independent services to securely handle and verify your ID and face-frontal picture (selfie). These images are not stored on our servers at any point . Instead, a numerical representation is created, we call it " Darry Ring ID " to manage your account, ensuring your privacy and compliance with GDPR and CCPA laws. 6. I can't complete the True Love Verification, what should I do?

Please follow the system prompts and try again. If the issue persists, click the "Manual Review" button below to start the manual review process.

7. How long will the customization take?

Customization of each ring typically takes about 16-45 business days, as each piece is hand-crafted to your specifications. Estimated shipping times may vary by product. For the more accurate shipping estimate, please refer to the specific estimated shipping time shown on each product detail page.

In rare cases of delays due to external or unforeseeable factors—such as customs clearance—shipping may take an additional 8-10 days. Should such delays occur, we will notify you by email. 8. How are the True Love Agreement, True Love Declaration and True Love Intent different?

True Love Agreement:

•True Love Verification (ID verification) is required.

•All jewelry under the True Love Agreement (Engagement & Wedding, Marriage Celebrations) can be purchased multiple times, but must be exclusively for the same recipient, in accordance with the True Love Agreement, symbolizing a lifelong commitment. Please note that only engagement rings are eligible for upgrade and exchange.

• Darry Ring Engagement Rings, Wedding Rings, Marriage Celebrations jewelry, and the True Love Agreement each carry the same unique DR Certificate Number, discreetly engraved on the piece. This code links them together, verifying that the promise was made for one person only.

True Love Declaration:

•True Love Verification (ID Verification) is required.

•True Love Declaration Model A & Model B will feature a unique Darry Ring ID, for each individual. Declaring your relationship within the Darry Ring ecosystem, will unlock exclusive features for couples, such as Love Points.

•Love Points: For every 1$ spent, it is equal to 1 Love Point. Love Points apply to the following selections; Engagement & Wedding and Marriage Celebrations. (If a promotion is running, the promotional terms will prevail.)

•Darry Ring will not offer Engagement Rings, Wedding Rings, Marriage Celebrations jewelry designed for engaged or married couples under this section, in order to remain true to our mission and our belief in the essence of True Love.

True Love Intent:

•Any product purchased under this section does not require True Love Verification (ID Verification).

•Darry Ring will not offer Engagement Rings, Wedding Rings, Marriage Celebrations jewelry for engaged or married couples under this section, in order to remain true to our mission and our belief in the essence of True Love.

9. Will I be charged shipping fees, duties, taxes and any other fees?

Shipping is FREE within The US, Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia. For Canada, free shipping will be applied for orders of $1,000 or more. Shipping costs for other countries will be calculated at checkout.

In order to ensure quality, every product of DR is hand crafted. The resulting customization fee is included in the product price and will be listed at checkout.

Prior to receiving your package, the customs office of the destination country may apply customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges. Customs policies vary depending on country. All charges required for customs clearance will be the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for your current VAT rate and further details.

For orders to the United States:

The sales tax will be automatically applied at checkout based on your location (state) and applicable local tax laws. Please note that the terms may change to comply with taxation regulations. Orders with address changes or product replacements will have sales tax recalculated based on the applicable tax rate. Customs duties are included in the final total.

For orders to EU: Taxes and are included in the price, customs duties will be applicable if requested by the local customs.

10. What are Love Points? How can I earn Love Points?

Love Points are part of Darry Ring's rewards system for couples in the True Love Declaration (Promise Stage), celebrating love, growth, and shared dreams.

After placing a the True Love Declaration (Promise Stage) stage and both you and your partners complete the True Love Verification (ID Verification), the Love Points from that order go into a shared pool, visible in both accounts, too. Every $1 spent on True Love Declaration (Promise Stage) orders (excluding tax, shipping, and customize fee) = 1 Love Point.
